PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy supply material capable of drying water quickly by efficiently utilizing visible light having the highest energy in sunlight.SOLUTION: When a surface 20a of a member 20 is irradiated with sunlightα, a hemispherical drop 30 of water functions as a convex lens to converge the sunlightαon a wavelength conversion material 11. Then the wavelength conversion material 11 absorbs visible light included in the sunlightαand emits light of 700 nm or higher in wavelength (for example, infrared light of 988 nm or higher. The light of 700 nm or higher in wavelength emitted from the wavelength conversion material 11 is absorbed by the drop 30 of water sticking on a surface of the energy supply material 10, and the drop 30 of water is warmed with heat of the light to vaporize.
