<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode polishing inspection device of a spot welding robot gun for letting a manager know its result, by inspecting whether or not tip dressing work of an electrode is properly executed.SOLUTION: The electrode polishing inspection device comprises a toroidal coil 101, a signal conversion part 102 for converting analog voltage of a welding current generated before and after tip-dressing into a digital signal, a first control part 103 for outputting a first tip-dressing inspection result of indicating that the tip-dressing is properly executed to a terminal of the manager when a difference from digital welding data before and after the converted tip-dressing falls outside of a defective range set by a user, and outputting a second tip-dressing inspection result of indicating the fact of being defectively executed to the terminal of the manager when the difference from the digital welding data before and after the tip-dressing corresponds to the defective range and a signal output part 104 for outputting the tip- dressing inspection result to the terminal of the manager under control of the first control part.</p> |
