<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper device and a solar radiation shading device, transferrable again to a lock state after adjusting a position from the lock state by simple operation, and capable of exhibiting the function over a long period.SOLUTION: The stopper device 10 can be switched between the lock state of regulating the movement of an operation code C1 in the follow-up direction and a release state of releasing the lock state of the operation code C1. The stopper device 10 also comprises a slide member 40 having a guide part 100 and a moving member 30 for guiding the movement by the guide part 100, and the guide part 100 is provided with a first guide part 101 and a second guide part 102, and the first guide part 101 comprises a lock position P1 capable of realizing the lock state and a release position P3 capable of realizing the release state, and the second guide part 102 continues with the first guide part 101, and comprises a bypass position P5 for transferring the moving member 30 to the lock position P1 by bypassing the release position P3.</p> |
