PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor or the like capable of acquiring deformation information of a recognition object in a moving image and generating a mesh.SOLUTION: An image input part 21 inputs a moving image through a media input-output part 13, a communication control part 14, or a peripheral equipment I/F (interface) part 17. A feature point extraction part 23 extracts a feature point in each image by using a FAST method from a pattern of a non-rigid body in a moving image with noise removed by a noise removing part 22. A mesh generation part 24 generates a two-dimensional mesh with the extracted feature point as an apex by using a Delaunay triangle division method. An apex estimation part 25 tracks (estimates) the movement of the feature point in the moving image by using an optical flow tracking algorithm. A mesh deformation part 27 deforms (applies) the two-dimensional mesh generated by the mesh generation part 24 on the basis of a tracking position of the feature point.
