A torsion generation apparatus for testing blade fatigue according to the present invention comprises a seating unit including a seating part having a seating recess with a shape corresponding to the surface of a blade and a coupling part positioned outside the seating part and coupled by a coupling member to make the seating part apply a pressure to the blade; a power generator alternately generating rotational forces in a normal direction and in a reverse direction; a rotational guide separated to be rotatable at a set position of an upper side of the blade; a force transmission member transmitting the rotational forces of the power generator to the coupling part; a torsion inducing member inducing a torsion motion of the blade by restricting a left/right and an upper/lower motion of the blade via a link with the rotational guide when the blade moves by the rotational forces transmitted to the coupling part; an acoustic emission diagnosing unit sensing an acoustic emission signal generated when the blade performs a torsion motion to diagnose defects; and a control board controlling operations of the power generator and the acoustic emission diagnosing unit. |
