A method for processing a stepped ring using a ring mill according to the present invention comprises: a main roll module (100) which has a main roll (110) for processing the outer surface of a ring-shaped material; a guide roll module (200) which has a guide roll (290) for supporting the outer surface of the material at both sides; a mandrel module (300) which has a mandrel (350) for processing the inner surface of the material; and a feeding module (400) which feeds the mandrel module (300) to the main roll module (100). The present invention enables the accurate control of a feed rate and speed even if asymmetrical external force is applied during the process of a ring mill device by independently controlling the servo motor of the feeding module and the servo motor of the guide roll module.
