PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable simulative display of a photographed image corresponding to the specification of a camera of a simulation object.SOLUTION: A space generation part 116 generates a virtual three-dimensional space composed of a plurality of surfaces corresponding to a space on the basis of a reference photographic image, which is a still photographic image obtained by photographing the space, a virtual three-dimensional spatial model, and dimensions of the space. A surface image giving part 117 associates an image of a corresponding surface in the reference photographic image with each surface of the virtual three-dimensional space. A simulation object camera information management part 110 manages simulation object camera information showing the specification of a simulation object camera which is a simulation object. A space display part 118 processes the virtual three-dimensional space with which the surface image giving part 117 has associated the surface image on the basis of the specification of the simulation object camera shown in the simulation object camera information, and simulates a photographed image of the space by the simulation object camera.
