PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moxibustion tool by which thermotherapy that is close to the traditionally and widely known thermotherapy by moxa can be administered on a user.SOLUTION: A moxibustion tool 1 includes: a heating element 2 which generates heat by being irradiated with microwaves; a cylindrical container 3 with a bottom for housing the heating element 2; and a cylindrical cover 4 attached to the container 3 in such a manner that at least a part of a bottom part 40 can make contact with and can be separated from the heating element 2. The cover 4 is slidably attached in an axial direction relative to the container 3 so that the cover moves between a contact position where the bottom part 40 makes contact with the heating element 2 and a separated position where a space 42 is formed between the bottom part 40 and the heating element 2. Concave parts 44, 45 are formed on positions corresponding to the contact position and the separated position on one of the container 3 and the cover 4, and convex parts 38 which engage with and disengage from the concave parts 44, 45 are formed on the other. |
