<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fuel injection system of a diesel engine using biofuel.SOLUTION: A fuel injection system of a diesel engine using biofuel is formed comprising a fuel injection pump, an injection nozzle injecting the biofuel into a cylinder chamber, and a fuel injection pipe sending the biofuel pressurized by the fuel injection pump to the injection nozzle. In this configuration, the inner diameter of the fuel injection pipe is larger than the inner diameter of a fuel injection pipe which is set when using diesel fuel in the same diesel engine. In this case, for reducing increase of injection driving torque of the fuel injection pump, which is generated, when using the biofuel, by a viscosity difference of the same, as compared with that when using the diesel fuel, the inner diameter of the fuel injection pipe is larger than the inner diameter of the fuel injection pipe which is set when using the diesel fuel.</p> |
