<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating liquid which is based on a water-absorbing polymer and solves the problem that, since water-absorbing polymers, when added to water, are swelled, become gel- or agar-like and lose fluidity, and are unusable as a coating liquid, their applications are limited or inconvenient and a coated article coated with it.SOLUTION: A coating liquid having fluidity is prepared by blending a water-absorbing polymer with an electrolyte, fine powder silica and a polymer aqueous dispersion. An coated article coated with the coating liquid is also provided. The invention expands applications of water-absorbing polymers and improves their usability.</p> |
