PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic having rheological property which can maintain equal dischargeability of a first agent and a second agent by a dual structure container with time.SOLUTION: A first agent and a second agent of a hair cosmetic each independently fill a dual structure container having a specific discharging mechanism, and are discharged separately from each other by a propellants for pressurization. The viscosity ratio V/Vof viscosity Vin 30 rpm using a type B rotational viscometer to a viscosity Vin 12 rpm is each 0.5 or more. The value of the viscosity ratio V/V(f) in the first agent and the viscosity ratio V/V(s) in the second agent are within the range which does not exceed 1.3 times each other.
