<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processing apparatus and a medical image diagnostic apparatus capable of obtaining a blood vessel image in a desired phase.SOLUTION: A medical image processing apparatus according to an embodiment includes characteristic information generation means, function information generation means, image conversion means, and display control means. The characteristic information generation means generates for each pixel characteristic information which represents the temporal change of the concentration of a contrast medium on the basis of plural time-series medical image datasets obtained by photographing a subject with the contrast medium injected thereinto by medical imaging means. The function information generation means determines for each pixel blood vessel function information showing temporal feature positions in which feature points of the characteristic information appear. The image conversion means upon specification of a desired time zone generates a second blood vessel image by converting the pixel values of a first blood vessel image on the basis of the feature positions belonging to the time zone. The display control means displays on display mean the second blood vessel image generated by the image conversion means.</p> |
