PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive composition that can form a conductive film that has excellent water resistance and solvent resistance while keeping stable antistatic performance, a conductive film formed from the conductive composition, and a conductor having the conductive film.SOLUTION: A conductive composition includes a conductive polymer (A) having an acidic group and a water-soluble polymer (B) having an acetal group. A conductive film is formed from the conductive composition. A conductor has the conductive film.
