PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug removing filter, a drug removing system, and a drug removing method capable of efficiently removing a drug which inactivates a blood product while suppressing hemolysis.SOLUTION: A drug removing filter 1 removes a drug from a blood product B. The drug removing filter 1 comprises a cylindrical column 2 having: an inlet 2a through which the blood product B is introduced; and an outlet 2b through which the blood product B is exhausted. The cylindrical column 2 includes: granular activated carbon 3 which is stored therein and capable of absorbing and removing the drug in wet state; and meshes 5 which are each provided at the inlet 2a and the outlet 2b thereof, and fix the granular activated carbon 3 therein. The granular activated carbon 3 is accommodated in the cylindrical column 2 and has a diameter D and a height L, the L/D ratio being 0.5 or more and 4.4 or less.
