PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing a liquid crystal panel and a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal panel, which are capable of uniformizing a temperature on a surface of a processing object panel and of keeping a temperature of the processing object panel at a certain temperature.SOLUTION: A device 1 for manufacturing a liquid crystal panel includes a light-emitting part 10, a thermal insulation box 20, and a thermal insulation stage 40. The light-emitting part 10 emits light. The thermal insulation box 20 includes a window material 30 irradiated with the light from the light-emitting part 10, an inlet 21 through which a gas is introduced, and an outlet 22 through which the gas introduced through the inlet 21 can be discharged. The thermal insulation stage 40 has a processing object panel 2 placed on a placement surface 41 thereof. The placement surface 41 is stored in the thermal insulation box 40 and is irradiated with the light from the light-emitting part 10 via the window material 30. The thermal insulation stage 40 keeps a temperature of the processing object panel 2 placed on the placement surface 41, at a certain temperature. |
