PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copy sheet which can easily register pieces of paper with corresponding ones even when the pieces of paper is separated from each other and then mixed with other pieces of paper.SOLUTION: A base material 1 for printer printing partitioned by tear-off perforations 2a, 2b into four pieces of paper: the first piece of paper 1a, second piece of paper 1b, third piece of paper 1c, and fourth piece of paper 1d, and all the piece of paper are printer-printed with common identification information 6; on one face of the base material 1, the first piece of paper 1a constitutes the topmost slip including an entry column 3, and a developer layer 4 is formed on the second piece of paper 1b, third pieces of paper 1c, and fourth piece of paper 1d; on the other face of the base material 1, the fourth piece of paper 1d constitutes the lowermost slip, and on the first piece of paper 1a, second piece of paper 1b, and third piece of paper 1c, a color coupler layer 5 is formed at a position where the entry column 3 and the developer layers 4 overlap at least partially when the pieces of paper are overlapped. |
