PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide phosphorescent coating material which can prevent warm water from permeating into a metal deposition film surface and can form a phosphorescent layer having composition that hardly peels from the metal deposition film for achieving coating regardless of a raw material of a vehicular lighting fixture component, as the conventional technology has a problem that the composition of the phosphorescent coating material which hardly peels from a metal deposition film is not yet clarified and a problem that the metal deposition film get corrosive due to warm water inside the phosphorescent layer in a case that a formed product body contacts with warm water for a long time, and an applicable scope of the phosphorescent coating material to vehicular lighting fixture components is limited.SOLUTION: To solve the problems above, a resin including a specific component among aluminum-chelate-curable acrylic resin is added to phosphorescent coating material. And, a vehicular lighting fixture component using this plastic, a metal deposition film and the phosphorescent coating material for silicone polymer film top coating is developed.
