PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin sheet capable of increasing absorption energy when a tearing stress is applied.SOLUTION: There is provided a thermoplastic resin sheet 1 which comprises a plurality of first ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin layers 11 and a plurality of second ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin layers 12. More than 40 layers of the plurality of first ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin layers 11 and the plurality of second ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin layers 12 in total are laminated in the thickness direction. The 5% modulus at 23°C of the second ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin layers 12 is lower than the 5% modulus at 23°C of the first ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin layers 11. The ratio of the 5% modulus at 23°C of the first ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin layers 11 to the 5% modulus at 23°C of the second ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin layers 12 is 3 or more.
