<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability of an FPC having a base film including a metal sheet.SOLUTION: An FPC1a includes a base film 11 having a metal sheet 111 and an insulating film 112 covering both sides of the metal sheet 111, an adhesive layer 12 laminated on the insulating film 112, and a conductor pattern 13 to be laminated on the adhesive layer 12. On the surface of the conductor pattern 13, a plating layer 22 is formed, and a device hole 21 penetrating the base film 11 and the adhesive layer 12 continuously is formed. A plating layer 23 same as the plating layer 22 of the conductor pattern 13 is formed on a boring surface 211 of the metal sheet 111 exposed to the inner periphery of the device hole 21.</p> |
