<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery mechanism of a recording head which can effectively remove mist or foreign matter attached to an ink ejection surface with a simple constitution, an inkjet recording device provided with the recovery mechanism of a recording head and a recovery method of the recording head.SOLUTION: A recovery mechanism of a recording head includes a wiper, a coating member and a driving mechanism, and can execute recovery movement of a recording head including an ink retention process for retaining ink ejected from a nozzle region between an upper end surface of the coating member and the whole region in the width direction of an ink ejection surface, an ink coating process for moving the coating member from a stoppage position along the ink ejection surface after the ink retention process and an ink wiping process for wiping ink by moving the wiper along the ink ejection surface after the ink coating process.</p> |
