PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle capable of increasing the capacity of an air cleaner and an exhaust chamber.SOLUTION: A saddle-riding type vehicle 1 includes: a frame 2; a rear suspension 9; an air cleaner 11; and an exhaust chamber 12. A rear portion of the air cleaner 11 is disposed above the rear suspension 9. The exhaust chamber 12 is disposed below the rear suspension 9. The rear suspension 9 is connected with an engine 3 and a swing arm 7. A height H9 of the rear suspension 9, which is measured in a vertical direction, is smaller than a length L9 of the rear suspension 9 which is measured in a fore-and-aft direction.
