This disclosure discloses an electronic apparatus providing a communications function based on at least one network among a plurality of networks, and a communications function processing method thereof. The electronic apparatus comprises: at least one communications module for providing a communications function based on a plurality of networks; a radio interface layer (RIL) module which supports processing of data which is transmitted and received through at least one communications module among the communications module; and a virtual communications module which supports processing of data which is transmitted and received through the communications module and performs processing of the data through the RIL module. The RIL module forms a path with the communications module according to a type of the communications function or forms a path with the communications module through the virtual communications module.
