Provided is a multi-layered ceramic capacitor capable of effectively removing acoustic noise. The multi-layered ceramic capacitor includes: a ceramic body formed by stacking multiple dielectric layers in a width direction; multiple first and second internal electrodes which are arranged to face each other between the dielectric layers in the ceramic body and have lead parts exposed through the upper surface of the ceramic body; first and second external electrodes which are formed on the upper surface of the ceramic body and are respectively connected to the lead parts; and first and second terminal frames which include a vertical part facing the cross section of the ceramic body and a pair of horizontal parts facing the upper and lower surfaces. In the first and the second terminal frames, the horizontal part of the upper surface is respectively connected to the first and the second external electrodes. A bonding layer is formed between the horizontal part of the upper surface and the first and the second external electrodes.
