PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To autonomously generates a transmission/reception schedule avoiding communication collision in a network.SOLUTION: In a radio communication system including a plurality of radio communication devices that structure a multi-hop radio network to perform radio communication at a constant period, the radio communication device includes: a radio unit for transmitting/receiving radio signals through an antenna; a storage unit for storing time schedule information indicative of a time zone for permitting the transmission/reception of the radio signals; a communication control unit for controlling the transmission/reception of the radio signals according to the time schedule information; and a time schedule addition unit for sharing the time schedule information among the plurality of radio communication devices and for allocating a transmission/reception task of the radio communication device to an idle time zone of the time schedule information to add to the time schedule.
