PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type hot water supply system which properly prevents failure occurring due to the overlapping of an end period of a heat demand prediction object period with an operation prohibition time zone of a heat pump, and which can perform a hot water supply operation with good energy efficiency.SOLUTION: A heat pump type hot water supply system A includes control means 4 which has learning ability based on the past heat demand, which predicts occurrence timing and a heat demand amount of heat demand in future within a predetermined heat demand prediction object period P1, and which executes control for operating a heat pump 1 before the occurrence of the predicted heat demand and storing hot water/water of the heat amount corresponding to the heat demand in a hot water storage tank 2. It includes means 8 capable of setting an operation prohibition time zone Pa of the heat pump. The control means 4 is configured in such a manner that, when an end period of the heat demand prediction object period P1 overlaps with the operation prohibition time zone Pa, it extends the heat demand prediction object period P1, so as to delay the end period of the heat demand prediction object period P1 for a predetermined time period or more than the end period of the operation prohibition time zone Pa. |
