PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing member for fixing a ring-shaped support member of an inner surface material, capable of eliminating labor for assembling the components to simplify installation operation while enabling the inner surface material to be arranged with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A member for fixing a ring-shaped support member 3 provided along an inner peripheral surface of a pipe 2 in order to mount an inner surface material 6 along the inner peripheral surface of the pipe 2 consists of: a ground piece 11 provided in the longitudinal direction of the pipe 2 along the inner peripheral surface of the pipe 2; a standing piece 12 integrally formed with the ground piece 11; and a fixing part 15 of the ring-shaped support member 3 provided on the standing piece 12. A distance between the ring-shaped support members 3 adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction of the pipe 2 is defined by an effective length L of the ground piece 11 in the longitudinal direction of the pipe 2.
