<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress test time required for gradation examination of an amplifier driving a data line to minimum level, and to suppress increase of test cost in a liquid crystal display driver IC coupled to a liquid crystal display panel corresponding to dot inversion driving.SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display panel corresponding to dot inversion driving comprises pixel capacity of m pixels for one line (m is an even number) and data lines of m+1 pieces, and in this time, (m+2)/2 pieces of positive electrode side amplifiers and negative electrode side amplifiers, namely (m+2) pieces in total are provided. In addition to (m+1) pieces of pads required for coupling to data lines of m+1 pieces, one test pad is also provided, namely m+2 pieces of pads in total are provided. Thereby, gradation examination of the m+2 pieces of amplifiers is performed in simultaneous parallel.</p> |
