PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a first rod-like member arranged along a crossing location between two virtual planes and a second rod-like member arranged along each of the virtual planes to be connected fast and easily with a simplified structure and reduced costs and further also to enable a crossing angle changing work to be easily carried out.SOLUTION: A fitting base member 6 provided with a fixing installing means A1 that is removable or fixable in respect to a first rod-like member 1 installed at a location corresponding to a crossing segment of two virtual planes is provided with a first fitting base part 6A corresponding to one virtual plane and a second fitting base part 6B corresponding to the other virtual plane, and the first fitting base part 6A and the second fitting base part 6B are rotatably provided with connecting members A2 that can be changed over between a removing allowable state in which they can be engaged with or disengaged from a crossing direction in respect to the second rod-like member 4 and an engaging fixable state in which they are engaged with and held at the second rod-like member 4 by a resilient force at an engaging operation position.
