PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic thermistor capable of reducing stress of a nickel coating.SOLUTION: A ceramic thermistor 1 includes: a ceramic substrate 2; a first external electrode 3a and a second external electrode 3b provided on different positions on the surface of the ceramic substrate 2; and first inner electrodes 22b, 22d and second inner electrodes 22a, 22c which oppose each other in the ceramic substrate 2 and are connected to the first external electrode 3a and the second external electrode 3b. The first external electrode 3a and a second external electrode 3b include a first nickel film 5a and a second nickel film 5b made of Ni having particle diameter of no more than 1.02 [μm]. |
