<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrugated fiberboard tray that has inner side plates in side walls, and are easy to assemble and hard to deform in an in-use state.SOLUTION: A corrugated fiberboard tray has a side wall 2 and an end wall 3, adjoining each other across a corner part, provided successively at a periphery of a bottom wall 1; and the side wall 2 is formed by internally folding an outer plate 4, a top plate 5, an inner side plate 6, and a middle side plate 7 connecting with the bottom wall 1 in order, a folding-in piece 8 extending from the middle side plate 7 and end wall 3 is held between the outer side plate 4 and inner side plate 6, and a lock mechanism by engagement between a lock projection 9 provided on the side wall 2 and a lock hole 10 provided in the bottom wall 1 suppress reaction to the folding of the side wall 2. The lock projection 9 of the lock mechanism is formed by cutting the inner side plate 6 toward a base part side, connecting with the inner side plate 6, of the middle side plate 7, and made to protrude as the middle side plate 7 is folded from the inner side plate 6.</p> |
