<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since only a scratch hiding layer is means to hide secret information, a wrongdoer can easily prepare a counterfeit thereof and take a peep, in a conventional scratch card, and the problem that although a scratch card with a hologram layer provided at the upper most layer has been developed, a third person can visually recognize the hologram layer so that a wrongdoer can easily counterfeit a scratch card having a similar optical effect.SOLUTION: Provided is the scratch card having a high anti-counterfeit effect, in which a scratch hiding portion is embedded in a base material of the scratch card to make both flush with each other so that secret information can be visually recognized only after a hologram layer and the scratch hiding portion are scratched.</p> |
