Provided is an apartment-type three-dimensional multilayer water tank which can not only increase the efficiency of a space by forming the water tank divided in the back and forth, and left and right direction on each layer of one or more layer, but also automatically control the environment inside tank and culturing water of each layer by considering the environment suitable for fish stored in the water tank. The apartment-type three-dimensional multilayer water tank has effects of intensively managing cultured organisms and increasing the efficiency of a space. Moreover, the apartment-type three-dimensional multilayer water tank is available of control of each layer or central control by having an environment control system, and is able to reduce the production costs and production efficiency by managing the condition of the culturing environment of each glass water tank unit.
