The present invention relates to a finger force assisting device having a partially open structure. The finger force assisting device includes: a finger module including a fixing unit configured to surround a portion of a finger of a user and positioned at each knuckle so that fixing units are rotatably coupled to each other and a force sensor provided at an inner lateral side of the fixing unit to sense the force of the user; and a driving unit to transfer mechanical force in a rotating direction of the finger module as multiple finger modules are coupled to each other; a wearing unit put on a back of a hand of the user to mechanically support the finger modules; and a control unit to control the driving unit based on a detection value detected from the force sensor.
