PRODUCTION OF NONWOVEN FABRIC

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a method enabling nonwoven fabric of stabilized properties with excellent mechanical suitability to be produced even if the machinery is operated in higher speed. CONSTITUTION:A web consisting mainly of polypropylene-based filaments is heat fused to produce nonwoven fabric <=0.02 in birefringence, which is then unidirectionally drawn at a temperature of 80-130 deg.C and a draw ratio of 1.5-2.5.
