The present invention relates to a method for increasing a yield of a ginseng seed extract through supercritical fluid extraction, and a ginseng seed extract with an increased yield extracted by the method. According to the present invention, the ginseng seed extract extracted by supercritical fluid extraction has an excellent extraction yield, compared with any other extraction method, and exhibits an effect of inhibiting melanogenesis in ginseng seeds.
