摘要 #CMT# #/CMT# The process comprises igniting a surface of the substrate, performing abrasion of a glass or thermoset polymer substrate surface, spraying a mortar layer on ignited surface of the substrate, polymerizing the mortar, sanding the polymerized mortar, and a digital inkjet printing the mortar. The spraying step comprises spraying a first layer of mortar on the ignited surface of the substrate, depositing a thixotropic evaporable liquid on the surface of the first mortar layer, and spraying a second layer of mortar on the first layer and the droplets. #CMT# : #/CMT# The process comprises igniting a surface of the substrate, performing abrasion of a glass or thermoset polymer substrate surface, spraying a mortar layer on ignited surface of the substrate, polymerizing the mortar, sanding the polymerized mortar, and a digital inkjet printing the mortar. The spraying step comprises spraying a first layer of mortar on the ignited surface of the substrate, depositing a thixotropic evaporable liquid on the surface of the first mortar layer, and spraying a second layer of mortar on the first layer and the droplets. The step of spraying the first layer of mortar on the ignited surface comprises spraying a first polyurethane sized layer on the ignited surface of the substrate, desolventizing the sized polyurethane layer and spraying the first layer of mortar on the surface of the sized polyurethane surface. The mortar layers have a thickness of 400 mu m. The thixotropic liquid evaporates during the polymerization to connect the cavities in the second layer of polymerized mortar. The sanding is performed on the second layer till the cavities are connected by the evaporated gel.
