Provided are an electric circuit wiring device having superior heat resistance, insulating and thermal conductive properties and a method of manufacturing the same. The present invention provides an electric circuit wiring device including a metallic substrate, an enamel layer coated on at least one surface of the substrate and a circuit wiring formed on the enamel layer and a method of manufacturing the same. In addition, the present invention provides an electric heating device including a metallic substrate, an enamel layer coated on a part or an entire surface of the substrate and a heating wire or a thermal paste pattern formed on the enamel layer and a method of manufacturing the same. |
