The present invention aims to provide a technology by which adhesion force on an interface between a conductive filling material and a glass layer is increased. The present invention relates to a glass core substrate and a method for manufacturing the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the glass core substrate includes a glass core laminate that includes a glass layer and an insulation layer laminated on an upper part and a lower part of the glass layer; a penetrated hole which is formed by penetrating the glass core laminate and includes cracks penetrating from an inner wall of the hole to the glass layer; and the conductive material filled in the penetrated hole and in the cracks. |
