<p>The present invention provides a fixture to assemble an aircraft door. The fixture comprises a fixing and combining unit which is combined to multiple hinge units installed on the aircraft door, and fixes the aircraft door; a fixing and supporting unit combined to the rear surface of the fixing and combining unit to distribute the load of the aircraft door; and a body frame unit which has the fixing and supporting units installed and fixed on the upper part thereof, and mounts an aircraft door body fixed on the fixing and combining unit by a non-contacting method. The fixture has a fixing member, which fixes and supports the hinge unit of the aircraft door, installed on the upper end thereof, and the aircraft door body settled mounted in the non-contacting method. The fixture combines the upper end of the aircraft door to a jig to securely fix the upper end on the jig, and allows a worker to perform assembling work stably while installing the aircraft door on an aircraft body without moving the aircraft door, and thus significantly improves assembling ability.</p> |
