The present invention relates to an apparatus, a method, and a system for managing disaster prevention resources, which are capable of reducing time taken to make a decision so as to rapidly input disaster prevention resources in the event of disaster. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for managing disaster prevention resources comprises: an interface unit which transmits a request message for prevention resources to a disaster prevention resources providing apparatus and receives a response to the transmitted message from the disaster prevention resources providing apparatus; a message generation unit which generates and outputs a message for a request; and a control unit which transmits the generated message to the interface unit. The message can comprise a request resources list unit for receiving a response to the requested resources from the disaster prevention resources providing apparatus and a responded item information unit for determining a response type for the response. |
