The circulation circuit comprises: a conduit for intaking the liquid firstly through the outlet of the electrolyzer connected at an end to the intake conduit and secondly through the outlet conduit of the electrolyzer and the recirculation line by the first three-way valve; the outlet conduit of the electrolyzer to control the input of the electrolyzer; and the discharge line for discharging the liquid towards the outside, where the discharge line is connected to the input of the electrolyzer by a second three-way valve. The pump is placed inside the container. The electrolyzer is placed on a lateral wall of the container. The pump is macerator type pump. The container includes a partition equipped with a passage window near the drain pipe of waste water. The pump is placed on a side of the partition opposed to the drain pipe of waste water. The partition stores the largest particles contained in waste water in a compartment distinct from a compartment containing the pump.
