The base has a rectangular frame (1) provided with partly lower bearing elements, where attachment units (3, 4) are equipped at ends of the frame, where one of the attachment units is carried by a hinged tiller (5). The frame is equipped with a vertical lower strut (7) that is freely mounted in rotation around vertical and retractable axis between a far away position from ground (S) and a resting position against the ground. The strut is applied on the ground under determined force such as relief force, of load bearing on wheels (2). |
