The present invention provides a flight simulator device having a rappel training mode function and a method for controlling the same, wherein the method comprises: a first step of waiting for a reception for a training mode command transferred from an instructor seat system unit; a second step of setting a rappel training mode in the instructor system unit and transferring a corresponding training situation applied command signal to a host computer unit; a third step of analyzing the training situation applied command signal according to the rappel training mode transferred from the instructor seat system unit through the host computer unit, generating a rappel model, calculating a falling posture, generating corresponding rappel training simulation information, and outputting the same to an image output display device of a cockpit system unit and an image output display device of the instructor seat system unit; and a fourth step of showing a rappel training image screen in the image output display device of the cockpit system unit and the image output display device of the instructor seat system unit. In the present invention, a display point of the image screen of display shown to an instructor seat/control seat is backwardly disposed. At the same time, when the rappel training mode is set, a virtual rappel (human body) model is exhibited and indicated in the left or right of an aircraft model displayed on a display screen, so that rotorcraft pilots can experience and learn a rotorcraft rappel training function before an actual flight. Accordingly, a training effect is maximized. |
