The present invention relates to a device to reduce a volume of plastic wastes which comprises: main body part; a rolling housing part installed inside the main body part; a rolling part installed to be rotatable inside the rolling housing part; a drive part installed in a side of the rolling part to convey rotational power to the rolling part; and a heating press part which heats and presses the plastic wastes rolled by rotation of the rolling part.
