<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing fermented salt and the fermented salt manufactured thereby. The method for manufacturing fermented salt comprises: a step for mixing plants and sugar and fermenting the mixture to prepare a first liquid enzyme and enzyme sludge, then separating the first liquid enzyme from the enzyme sludge; a step for piling the enzyme sludge onto the salt and placing the enzyme sludge on the salt at room temperature; and a step for mixing the salt with a second liquid enzyme and fermenting the salt at room temperature, thereby manufacturing the salt which is lower in salinity and sweetness and richer in mineral content compared to the existing salt.</p> |
