<p>The present invention relates to a method and a device for detecting a biomaterial. More specifically, the present invention relate to the method by which the biomaterial is quickly detected and quantified using a commercial pH measuring device such as a pH meter or a pH indicator. The present invention provides a method for changing pH of a standard reagent including an ester compound by using a biomaterial-magnetic nanoparticle-acetylcholinesterase complex. The method includes the steps of: joining the biomaterial with magnetic nanoparticles and then separating the biomaterial joined with the nanoparticles; forming the biomaterial-magnetic nanoparticle-acetylcholinesterase complex; and changing pH of the standard reagent including an ester compound by inserting the biomaterial-magnetic nanoparticle-acetylcholinesterase complex into the standard reagent; and quantifying the biomaterial by using the change of pH.</p> |
