<p>The device has a tubular control element (1) including ends fixed on a fuel supply line (2) of a suction element (5), where the control element is fixed in derivation compared to the fuel supply line. One end (11) of the control element is fixed in the vicinity of an inlet end (13) of the suction element. The control element forms an acoustic loop with the fuel supply line, where the control element and a portion (15) of the fuel supply line have lengths ranging between 100 and 400 mm, and the control element is made of rubber. An independent claim is also included for a method for attenuating the noise of a suction element of a fuel circuit in a vehicle.</p> |
