<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing raspberry salt using raspberry is provided to add beneficial effects of yellow soil and the raspberry in the salt by preserving the raspberry salt in a loess jar, and to improve usability of the salt. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing raspberry salt using raspberry comprises the following steps: firing a loess pot(S110); heating the loess pot with bay salt to make yellow salt(S120); putting the yellow soil salt out of the loess pot; mixing the yellow salt and the raspberry; and making the raspberry salt by heating the mixed yellow soil salt and the loess pot(S160). The raspberry salt is preserved in the loess pot.</p> |
