The present invention relates to a container house using urethane foam, and more specifically, to a container house using urethane foam which applies a side panel in a structure wherein urethane is foamed between sandwich panels to maximize heating and watertight effects. The present invention is to provide a container house using urethane foam which applies a side panel in a structure wherein urethane is integrally foamed between outer and inner sandwich panels to maximize heating and watertight effects, and attaches a separate surface heater on an inner surface of the inner sandwich panel to further maximize the heating effect besides foaming urethane between the outer and inner sandwich panels in order to promptly increase inside temperature in the winter.
