本发明系一种斜板沉淀之薄膜生物反应槽废水处理系统,其包括反应槽、薄膜过滤区与斜板沉淀区所构成,该发明藉由曝气装置充分曝气,利用活性污泥分解有机废水中之有机物后,带着部份活性污泥进入斜板沉淀区,并藉由斜板沉淀区进行沉淀活性污泥,此时,进入薄膜过滤区与过滤薄膜相接触之处理水所含污泥浓度已大为降低,以达到减缓薄膜积垢速度、减少清洗薄膜频率、提高薄膜过滤通量、延长薄膜使用寿命、降低操作成本之优点,进而提升其实用价值。; The present invention is wastewater treatment system of membrane bioreactor with inclined plate comprises reaction unit, membrane filtration unit and settling unit with inclined plate.The wastewater treatment system utilizes aeration device to mix wastewater and suspended solid.The organic substances of wastewater are decomposed by activated sludge.Afterward, mixed liquor with sludgeflows into settling unit with inclined plate and most of sludge precipitated. Finally, mixed liquor with very low concentration sludge flows into filtration zone. Thus membrane fouling can be reduced, frequency of membranecleaning can be reduced, permeate flux can be increased, membrane life can be expanded and treatment cost can be decreased. |
